This brand new apartment is located at the edge of the Carre D'or area of Nice. It is 100m from the Promenade Des Anglais (beach) and is approximately 100m to the most famous hotel in Nice, the Negresco. It is a 5min walk to the Pietonne(pedestrian) area of Nice with all its shops and restaurants, a 10 min walk to Place Massena/Ave Jean Medecin where all the big department stores are located. Nice's Old Town is a 12-15 min walk away. So the location of this apartment is ideal! It is also a 10 min walk to the Train Station which is a gateway to Monaco, Antibes, Cannes, Italy etc. For trips to Grasse and St Paul De Vence there is a bus stop just outside the apartment. The main bus station Gare Routiere is a 20 min walk away for buses to Eze, Monaco, Menton etc.There is a small supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and internet cafe all right beside the apt and this can all be handy when you first arrive! While the apt does sleep 4, it would be most comfortable for a couple +/- children.

This will be returned 2 weeks after you leave the property when it has been established there is no damage to the apartment.* You will be met at the apartment on arrival and provided with the keys and you will be expected to pay a cleaning fee of 100 Euro. Notes: There is an ipod speaker/docking system with built in radio. There is also a Nintendo Wii. The TV has Free view digital channels which are mostly in French but some programmes may be in English. The air conditioning unit can also be used as a heater in the winter.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a 3 storey ,beautifully refurbished , old french building. There is a lift in the building which makes transporting luggage and pushchairs very easy!

Check in for the apartment is 3pm on the day of arrival and 11 am on day of departure unless otherwise previously agreed by the owner. For weekly rentals during July/August, the changeover day will be Saturday.

3 monthly rentals during Winter months of November-February considered.

Had a great holiday made possible by the wonderful location of this apartment. Facilities within the apartment also well thought-out, clean and the owner has thought of everything. Small apartment but v. manageable for a couple plus young baby. So close to the sea, the shops and the old town, plus fantastic wee supermarkets nearby to get all the essentials. Owner, Claire, provided an excellent service and was very helpful with any requests we had, including helping to make our travel arrangements easy. Highly recommended.

Great apartment in Nice!

The property was very clean. The person in charge of the apartment was very nice and helpful.
The best thing about the apartment is the location. It is very well situated, close to restaurants, stores and mostly the beach!
I would highly recommend this property.

Nice and compact!

We had a fabulous time in Nice. The location of the apartment is walking distance (very close) to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is relatively new, very clean and has everything a family of four needs. The space in the apartment has been used in
ingenious ways giving the impression that there is an abundance of room. We have two children ages 11 and 7 and we never felt confined. Of course the location of the apartment is very central and Nice is a great town - too bad our holiday ended.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Nice!! Claire made very good use of a small space and everything you need is there!! It's beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location was great - it's very close walking distance to any where you want to go, including the beach - and it's on a street that is pretty quiet, which is perfect for a good nights sleep. When my partner and I come back to Nice for another holiday we'll definitely stay in this place again!

I'd really recommend this apartment. It is beautifully designed and Claire has thought of all the things that will make your stay comfortable. It is small but has everything you need and is really well located. It's a real find.
