Our beautiful villa, renovated to the highest standards in 2008, sits on the outskirts of the historic town of Ostuni, a medieval town with its maize of cobbled streets and baroque architecture. The gardens include over 200 vines, 15 different types of fruit trees, almond and olive trees. An all year round location, our villa is equipped with radiator gas central heating and air conditioning in the three double bedrooms. Outside the BBQ and large verandas make for wonderful al fresco eating and those lazy relaxing family meals. For the cooler evenings there is the modern equipped kitchen and large lounge / dining room to entertain or just enjoy romantic evenings. The villa has a roof terrace that has spectacular views for miles and offers extra privacy for sun-bathing. Ostuni, central to the area of Puglia boasts one of Europe's finest climates, spectacular natural coast line, beaches lapped by the clean waters of the Adriatic and friendly people that just love good food & wine.

Ostuni is a beautiful medieval town with white-washed houses, windy cobbled streets and breath taking views across the countryside and natural coast line. A short drive away are the unspoiled sandy beaches lapped by the clean waters of the Adriatic. The whole area is a food and wine lovers paradise with local fresh produce and wonderful local wines available everywhere. Puglia being a peninsula is flanked by both the Adriatic and Ionian Seas, no wonder the numerous fresh fish shops outnumber the butchers. This is no holiday for those seeking mass tourism, slot machines, English pubs or fish and chip shops but it is for those who love quality but inexpensive restaurants, the atmosphere of local piazzas, friendly people, relaxed living and some of the best ice cream and coffee around. Travel into the countryside with the endless olive groves and orchards and you will also find local restaurants with the finest of local food. The towns of Lecce, Brindisi, Alberobello are close by.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Confirmation of the booking will be subject to the receipt of a 30% non refundable deposit. Guests agree that the payment of the deposit will signify that they have read and agreed to the rental terms and conditions.

    The full balance of the 70% is payable 8 weeks prior to the letting along with a refundable deposit of £200 to be held against any breakages, damage or extra cleaning.

    N.B. The above prices are subject to change at the owner's discretion at any time prior to the receipt of the non refundable deposit.

    Please note that the rental rate for winter lettings (October to May) excludes the cost of gas and electricity which will be charged at cost. Longer term rates over the winter period are available by negotiation.

  • Our villa was completely renovated in 2008 and all of the facilities, wiring etc have been replaced. Each bedroom has individual air conditioning and are tastefully furnished with new quality double beds, wardrobes and chest of drawers, bed-side tables and lamps. The master bedroom has an ensuite (luxury shower, WC and wash basin). The family bathroom is situated between the other 2 bedrooms and also has a luxury shower, WC, washbasin and bidet. 2 Singles beds are available if preferred to a double bed.

Notes: The villa is a single storey with a large veranda that covers 2 sides of the villa. The roof terrace is ideal for that private sun bathing and offer superb views for many miles in every direction. The villa is immaculate having been renovated to the highest standards in 2008. The villa is ideal for family holidays, with the wonderful city of Ostuni only minutes away and the natural coastline with beautiful unspoilt beaches only 20 minutes drive. The garden has over 200 vines, 15 different types of fruit trees, almond and olive trees. The modern kitchen includes a 5 ring gas hob, large oven, larder fridge and dishwasher. The large lounge / dining room is tastefully fitted with 2 settees and an armchair, large dining table with 6 accompanying chairs, there is space for further chairs around the table and these can be found in the utility room. All rooms have radiators, double glazing and shutters, The utility room has a washing machine and sink. There is ample car parking space.

A well-maintained and fully equipped cosy house in peaceful environment on the outskirts of the beautiful and typically Italian town Ostuni, where there was a nice "piazza", good restaurants and friendly people. Many interesting places worth seeing nearby. Clean and free sandy beaches about 10 km away.Highly recommendable property.
