The contemporary, stylish, two-storey cottage which houses 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, is superbly fitted and sleeps up to 8 people in comfort, with central heating, double glazing, a patio area and garden furniture included. Available 365 days a year, the cottage is the ideal escape for families, groups of friends and golfers. Pets are also welcome!   • A 25% deposit of the total price is required to secure the property. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.
    For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at time of booking.
    Only Saturday to Saturday bookings (or Friday - Friday where stated) are accepted in July and August.
    Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
    A non-refundable £10 booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
    The property is non-smoking, though smoking is permitted in outside areas.
    Pets are considered at a small extra fee (to cover cleaning) - please get in touch.
  • Preferred payment method is either cheque or direct bank transfer.

By Rail: Newquay Station is 7 miles away (10km) and St Columb Road is the nearest local Station, just 1 mile away (1.5Km). By Air: The cottage is located 6 miles from Newquay Airport which is served by Ryanair, BMI Baby, Air Southwest, Monarch, Jet2, Lufthansa and Skybus. Flights are available to and from London Stansted, Gatwick, Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol, Leeds Bradford, Newcastle, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Belfast, Cork, Dublin, Isle Of Man, Isles of Scilly, Alicante, Barcelona, Dusseldorf, Zurich and St Brieuc. Car hire is available at the airport from Hertz or Europcar A regular bus service runs to and from Newquay during the summer. Taxis available at all times.

Cots/High Chairs: Available on request - £20 per week per item charge.

Visited here for one week in June 2009 with my husband, daughter, her partner and 4-year old granddaughter and my 19-yr old daughter. Good property, clean with all amenities required. Good location, close to many beaches and activities to suit the diverse group - me and my husband visited National Trust properties nearby, we went as a group for family outings to suit small children, safe, clean beaches nearby. Also, it is good for supermarkets for the inevitable shopping trips! The master suite is spacious, the property itself has sufficient storage for buckets and spades, body boards, shell collections etc. My daughter's partner used the gym each morning, we were able to swim, whatever the weather and my granddaughter went to the play area with trampoline. My husband played golf on the pitch and putt. The only issue we had was that at first glance it looks a little bit like a social housing project! Don't be put off - looks can be deceptive!! Well placed for the A30/A38 with good road links to all the main tourist attractions.
