A charming farmhouse overlooking all Umbria with a lot of privacy nestled in the hill of Campello sul Clitunno. An ideal place for a romantic or family holiday very close to Spoleto and to the others magnificent Umbrian art cities. The villa (entirely in stone) is situated 500 meters on the level of the sea near the summit of the hill of the middle ages Castle (A.D.921) of Campello Alto. The farmhouse is situated on the ancient francigena way that brought since the middle ages the pilgrims from Canterbury (England) to the city of Rome and also crossed by St. Francis of Assisi. The villa offers the possibility to reside in an uncontaminated place and to enjoy the beautiful Umbrian landscape , its peace and silence, absorbed among olive trees that give one of the more appreciated oils of the region. The garden and the swimming pool are situated in an extremely panoramic position from which it is possible to admire the whole Umbrian valley from Spoleto up to Assisi.

Cultural itineraries: Assisi, Spoleto, Trevi, Todi, Spello, Montefalco, Bevagna (in May not to be lost the traditional middle-ages Mercato delle Gaite - Market of the Gaite festival!), Perugia, Norcia, Valnerina.
