Situated in an upmarket residential area, this luxury townhouse is just 12 minutes walk to the town centre and Burriana beach. The house is furnished to an exacting specification with many pieces of original art. A private terrace to the rear is ideal for dining as the property is set in a lovely, traditional Spanish complex. Upstairs there are two large bedrooms and a marble tiled bathroom with a powerful shower. A new, fully fitted modern kitchen and large living/dining area with Satellite TV and DVD are downstairs. Nerja is on the seashore, 50 kilometres from Málaga on the N340 coastal highway and marks the eastern tip of Málaga's Costa del Sol. Once a sleepy fishing village, the town now has a population of over 12,000. Nerja boasts 16 kilometres of beaches with powdery sand and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing. Flanked by the dramatic Sierra Almijara mountain range to the east, the town has fortunately managed to avoid being blighted by the concrete high-rise scenario which has been the inevitable result of the tourist boom in some of the coastal resorts. The old quarter of the town is still virtually unchanged with narrow winding streets and whitewashed houses with wrought iron terraces overflowing with geraniums. However, the heart of Nerja is spectacular Balcón de Europa, the 'Balcony of Europe', a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, once the site of the great Moorish castle.

A car is not essential once you have arrived!: Once you arrive at the villa you will find everything within easy walking distance. The town centre and beach are only ten minutes walk away!

The entire property has just been renovated!: The townhouse has just been completely renovated to an exacting standard. All of the furnishing, bedding, towels, fixtures and fittings are of a high quality.

Swimming Pool!: The pool in the complex benefits from a lifeguard in the summer season. It has just been renovated and a has a great children's area.

My family and I have just returned from two weeks in this house and it was fantastic. It is in a brilliant location. We hired a car but didn't use it as everything was only a few minutes walk away. We really enjoyed the rear terrace and spent many wonderful evenings relaxing outside. We can't wait to go back and have already booked for next year. Our kids loved the pool which had a lifeguard all the time!

This is an excellent house, nicely situated in a very private and quite part of the town.
It is very well furnished in keeping with the area.
As we were able to walk from the house to the beach and restaurants within 10 to 15 minutes made our holiday all the more relaxing.
It was very comforting that the owner made contact with us on our first evening, to ensure that everything was ok with the property.
I would intend to go back on holiday to this house in the future.
