Do you like arts and nature? Then Villa7camini, exclusive stand-alone pool villa, is the right solution for you. From here on you can discover and visit the numerous historical and artistically cities of neighbourhood (Orvieto, Todi, Perugia, Viterbo, Bolsena, Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Florence, Rom). Are you looking for relaxation? You are in the right place. Thanks to the precise restoration works, finished in 2004, and the interior decoration, the original characteristics of the villa and of the vast surrounding garden are enhanced. On ground floor (approximately 100 m²) you can find: equipped kitchen, studio, living room, toilet. On the 1st floor (approximately 90 m²) there are 3 double rooms, 3 baths (1 with whirlpool). On the 2nd floor (approximately (30 m²) there is a twin bedroom and 1 bath with shower. The villa is situated in a vast garden with an open-air pool (6 x 10 metres, depths: 0-3 metres). In the garden there are garden furniture and a barbecue. Also pets are welcome.

Wir haben hier mit der Familie einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Die Villa, die Lage und die Umgebung sind traumhaft, wir haben uns toll erholt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der enorm großzügige Pool, diese größe habe ich noch bei keinem anderem mietobjekt bisher gefunden, toll für Kinder. Die Wohnräume sind ebenfalls sehr großzügig bemessen, die Villa ist durchaus auch für 8 Erwachsene geeignet. Trotz der hohen Temperaturen hatten wir auch ohne Klimananlage keine Probleme in angenehm termperierten Räumen zu schlafen.
Hinweis: Italienisch-Kenntnisse sind hilfreich, da der Hausverwalter nur Italienisch spricht, aber wir haben uns auch so durchgekämpft. Es gibt im Haus keine Kaffemaschine, dem kann man mit löslichem Kaffee Abhilfe schaffen. Auto ist Pflicht, da die Lage etwas abseits ist.
Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung.
