Fabulous fish restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the house, and midnight shopping during summer months! within ten minutes drive to Pietrasanta a historic walled town of sculptors and fabulous cafes churches and restaurants, one being in the old prison! Half hour drive to the ancient city of Lucca and half hour drive to Pisa to visit the leaning Tower! One hour drive to Florence or 40 Minutes by train from Viarreggio.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 20% of the weekly rate would have to be paid in advance in order to secure the booking which is non refundable due to cancellation. This amount will be deducted from the full rent. The full balance of the rent must be paid one week in advance prior to the commencement of the rent.
    For weekly rents a deposit of Euros 1000 will be required against any possible damages.
    For monthly rents a deposit of Euros 2500 will be required against any possible damages.
    Once the property is checked for any possible damages, this amount minus any deductions will be returned to the Tenant.
  • For a rental period of two weeks and over there will be a charge for use of electricity and gas according to the usage.
    There is a service for which sheets and towels can be provided which will incurr a charge of 75 Euro.
