Mirador and Esparto are self-catering villas 'Finca' situated on the North peninsula, nestled in a aromatic pine forest, with stunning views overlooking the bay of Cap Nono. Separate adult and children swimming pools in the landscaped gardens make the Pinos y Mar residency ideal for families or a romantic break off-season. Each villa has 2 double bedrooms with on suite bathrooms, an extra sofa bed and large private terraces with sea view and BBQ areas. Within walking distance through the forest are the sandy beaches Cala Bassa and Port des Torrent, as well as local grocery stores. Water sports include: skiing, banana boat, wind surfing, snorkelling, diving and sailing at St Antoni Port and the sunset on Cala Conte is only 5 mins drive. For adults, we can recommend top restaurants in San Augusti, Es Torrent beach and San Josep as well as the shopping and night life in Ibiza citadel.

Esparto is a typical island Finca situated in the peaceful and secluded Pinos y Mar residency. The villa is ideal for families, with separate adult and children's pools in the communal landscaped garden.  Esparto has 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms,  a sofabed in the lounge [suitable for 1-2  children], a large private ground floor terrace, roof terrace and BBQ. Private parking is provided and the villa is walking distance to Cala Bassa  and Port des Torrent sandy beaches, or 5 mins drive to Cala Conte for the most stunning sunsets on the island. All local amenities can be found in the nearby village of Port des Torrent or Saint Josep.

Mirador Retreat Off-Season: We can highly recommend Mirador as a romantic retreat for artists and writers. The first floor bedroom has a private office which overlooks the natural pine reserve and the tranquil sea view of Cap Nono. Early morning strolls in the aromatic forest and a dip in the pool have been an inspiration for many.

We had a very good holiday thanks to your lovely house!The neighbourhood was very nice, but don't forget to hire a car because the beaches and supermarket can't be done by foot .Visit the beach of Cala Bassa and enjoy the sunset at Kumharras!On this part of the island you find the most beautiful beaches.If you like Thai-food you must go to Banyan Palace,on the road to San Antonio,but if you like to cook by yourself ,the kitchen provides everything you need, like the rest of the house.I will surely recommend the propertie to my friends,thanks and till next time.
