Casa Marti is a luxury 5 bedroom villa set at the bottom of a forested valley nestled within the orange groves of Valencia. An idyllic peaceful location yet only 10 minutes from the bustling seaside resort of Sagunto, where you can find an abundance of restaurants and bars. The local market is perfect for fresh local produce and bargain hunting. For the kids there is an aquarium with daily dolphin shows, a water park, caves full of stalactites etc We have a large private pool with spacious sun terraces ideal for family fun and sunbathing. The large kitchen diner opens onto the covered pagoda area ideal for al-fresco dining. The master bedroom has a four poster bed and has its own private sun terrace for snatched quiet moments!! The huge lounge area has large comfy sofas perfect for getting out of the sun and watching Sky TV.

The Orange Blossom coast (Valencia) stretches north of the city. Clear blue skies, sea breezes and a sub-tropical climate makes this an ideal holiday location all year round. It is Spain's third largest city and is a bustling, vibrant place that never sleeps and has an abundance of things to do and see. The Spanish love kids and there are a host of attractions aimed at them. Just some of them are; - Gulliver's play park; slides, mini golf and climbing areas - City of Arts and Sciences has an aquarium and dolphin shows - Aquarama water park with wave pool, slides and restaurants - Heron City has bowling, restaurants, cinema. Valencia has one of the finest cuisines in Spain. It is the home of paella, delicious seafood, fine good wines and has some of the best restaurants in Spain. The Valencia province is the home of the festival, from the famous Fallas festival held every March, the crazy Tomatina festival in August to the biggest music festival in Europe, Benicassim.

Puerto De Sagunto: Puerto De Sagunto is an unspoilt sea-side resort close to the cosmopolitan city of Valencia. It is well known for its Medieval Castle which house music concerts in the month of August, but is available for viewing everyday. The area is home of some fantastic blue flag beaches which are flanked by an abundance of restaurants and bars ideal for those long lazy tapas lunches or leisurely evening meals.

Attractions: The area is ideal for families or couples looking for a relaxing holiday but near enough to water parks and water sports for the more active holiday. There is even skiing only one and a half hours drive up the motorway. - Puerto De Sagunto - the beach resort is 10 minutes drive away - Sagunto - this medieval town has a magnificent roman castle, weekly markets, bars and restaurants - Canet de Bereunger - unspoilt empty beaches, just 15 mins away. There is also Yacht Club/marina and more restaurants
