Romantic provincial villa with stunning sea view on the hills behind Mandelieu. The villa has 4 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped large kitchen. There is a top quality bath room for the master bed room and one bath room upstairs for the other three bed rooms. From the kitchen and living room there is a direct access to the second outside living space. A large covered terrace with beautiful outdoor furniture, and summer kitchen. This outside living space is a heaven on earth and will give you the feeling of having the perfect Holiday place. Next to the terrace you find a large overflow swimming pool. It is a very private location on a plot of 10.000 m2 and no overlooking neighbours.
