The property consists of two bedrooms, Master bedroom with balcony and second twin bedroom, family bathroom, well equipped kitchen with washing machine, downstairs cloakroom and lounge/diner with satellite TV and open log fire for the winter months. There is a private sun terrace at the rear with spectacular views across Cortijo Grande golf course to the Sierra Cabrera mountains. The house is located in Cortijo Grande, a beautiful valley containing a municipal golf course and orange groves. There are 3 restaurants in the valley, two within walking distance of the house, one of these having a swimming pool open to the public. The other is situated in the Moorish mountain village of Cabrera and can be seen across the valley from the house. Turre is the nearest town and has a well stocked supermarket, local banks, internet cafe, restaurants and bars. The nearest beach is Mojacar Playa with numerous beach bars and restaurants. The property is suitable for children and pets.

Located close to the popular resort of Mojacar on the Costa de Almeria and only 45 minutes drive from Almeria airport. Nearby Mojacar Playa is full of life both night and day in the high season. Watersports are available by day with a variety of nightlife and cuisine for the evening. Five miles away is the white-washed hilltop village of Mojacar Pueblo which features narrow cobbled streets with many bars and restaurants. There is a weekly street market here on Wednesdays. In contrast, the nearby fishing port of Garrucha is a busy town offering a wide range of shops, a larger busy market on Fridays, a thriving port and many excellent seafood restaurants. The beach here is very popular with families and children. Turre is the nearest town, three miles away, with a well stocked supermarket, local banks, internet cafe aswell as bars and restaurants. There is a bookshop stocking English newspapers and books.

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample hanging space and shelving. The Master bedroom also has a chest of drawers, mirrors and bedsides with lamps. There is a ceiling fan which keeps the room cool in summer months. The twin room has two single beds, a chest of drawers, mirror and bookshelves. All bedlinen is provided

We stayed here for a long week-end. The property lies on the edge of a golf course. The scenery is lovely. This would be a great place for people who enjoy golfing too.
The house is well equipped. Only the stairs are a bit narrow and steep. Not for people with young children or disabilities.
