The apartment on the first floor of a 19th century house without a lift in a quiet location is sunny, with the bedroom and kitchen windows facing a private inner courtyard and the sitting room windows looking on a quiet little side street. The accommodation consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed. The well-equipped kitchen has a hob, cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron and ironing board, kettle and coffee machine. The sitting room is comfortably furnished with a big sofa that converts into a double bed. The dining area provides a table and seating for 4. There is Cable TV, Radio/CD Player, free wireless internet access & a desk, if you need to work. The marble tiled bathroom has a full bath tub with shower, a washbasin and a washing machine. There are a separate toilet and a small wardrobe/store room. There is a sofa bed (double bed), a wardrobe, a desk, TV, radio, internet access and a dining table with 4 chairs in the sitting room. Bed and bathroom linen is provided.

This non-smoking self-catering apartment is located in a quite little road in the 9th district in the vicinity of the General Hospital of Vienna close to the excellent public transport (30 to 100 meters from the house). The heart of Vienna is just a 5 minute tram ride away - however many of Vienna’s major sights, including the Hofburg, the Burgtheater and the Museums Quartier (MQ), are within easy walking distance. There are supermarkets, typical Viennese cafes, restaurants, chemists and shops just around the corner from the house in one of Vienna’s large shopping streets. Vienna offers a large cultural program - theatres, opera, operettas, musicals, concerts, every single evening with a different program. Parks, gardens, a 46 km long “beach” along the Danube and the famous Vienna woods are just a short travel away (30 min by public transport) and invite to sporting activities or to simply relax.

Our prices include bed linen, towels, electricity, water, local taxes, wireless internet, cable TV and cleaning. All expenses are included there no extra charges.

    Changeover day is Friday, arrival/departures at other days of the week are possible.

    The above price is for up to two persons occupying the flat. Each additional guest (up to 4 occupants) will be 10 Euro per night.

    Longer rentals are welcome.

If you need to bring your car, please note that parking in the inner districts requires parking tickets and is limited to 2 hours.
