Lovely, antique Villa dated XVI century with private pool. Lovely antique, Tuscany Villa set in a delightful spot amongst the pine clad hills of Vorno 10 mins drive from Lucca. Large wrought-iron gates give entrance to the property which is surrounded by old stone walls and enchanting private gardens. There is a large newly built swimming pool surrounded by lawns and flower gardens.The Villa is completely renovated with exquisite taste and originality whilst maintaining the old terracotta tiled floors, charming wooden beamed ceilings and antique fireplace. Spacious and comfortable entrance lounge with fireplace, a small sitting room with sofa bed an television: two steps leading to a large eat-in kitchen with access to terrace and garden a bathroom with shower Old stone staircase leading to 1st floor with 3 large double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and 1 twin bedded room with en suite bathroom and 1 double bedroom with the bathroom in front. The enchanting villa is situated in a delightful and secluded spot but within walking distance of a small but well noted village of Vorno. It is an area for hill walking mountain biking and horse riding and there is a stud farm of Haflinger horses,where there is the opportunity for trekking or riding lessons, just nearby.It is about 10 minutes from the ancient walled city of Lucca . Lucca hosts the' Luccca Summer Festival ' each year which, in July 2006, saw the likes of Eric Clapton, Roger Waters, Tracy Chapman and Santana play live in the Piazza Napolean On the third weekend of each month Lucca hosts a huge antique market centered on Piazza San Giusto. VERSILIA COAST with it's sandy beaches, elegant shops and wonderful nightlife, is only 15 min far by highway. At nearby Torre del Lago there is a Puccini opera festival every year in July/August. About 20 mins from Pisa,45 mins to Florence

Riding club: The owners of this estate have a well established stud farm which breeds and trains Haflinger horses and they are equipped with jumping paddocks end exercising fields .They are extremely well cared and have comfortable stable and the best of everything.There are horses very suitable for young children to start learning to ride and there are also horses more suitable for experienced riders.
