A very nice apartment in a quiet area. Close to the beaches, shops and restaurants. Very clean and well equipped. The owners live below and are very helpful but are not intrusive.

Great Apartment

Fantastic apartment in great location. Walking distance to the beaches, shops and restaurants. Very peaceful and quiet. Beatrice and Loic are wonderful thoughtful hosts (they even bought our 1 yr old a birthday present!). Although a car is not necessary there is a good secure car park. Would highly recommend.

Apartment was great, everything you needed to make it home from home, top quality fixtures & fittings. Situated in a lovely quiet area, 2 mins walk from good shops & restaurants. Nice 5 / 10 mins walk to a selection of lovely beaches / bays. Paloma beach was our favorite, not cheap but excellent service & food.
Owners very friendly & helpful. The area is beautiful. Only cost 4 euros on the bus from the airport (change at the main station in Nice). Would definitely recommend.

Quiet well maintained apartment

We spent 5 nights in the apartment and had a lovely time. The area around the apartment is very quiet although the balcony is a little overlooked by a side road that you can't see on the photo. But as it's not a busy road it still felt quite private. The apartment is lovely, clean, newly refurnished and well equiped. Little things like a tin of ground coffee in the fridge, salt & pepper and kitchen roll, porbably insignificant to others but made for a very nice welcome to us.
The apartment is well situated, 5 mins to the boulangerie and a couple of restaurants, 10-15 mins stroll to beach and more restaurants and there are a few walking paths around the coast if you want a bit more exercise.
If you want a holiday without a car this is perfect. Take the bus from the airport, change at Nice and it stops just around the corner from the apartment, all for just 4 euros - yes I really did say 4!
Beatrice and her family are lovely, helpful and friendly without intruding.
St Jean Cap Ferrat is a beautiful, charming place to visit, full of all the good things you associate with the South of France but without to much commercialisation.
We'd definately recommend it to friends.

St. Jean Cap Ferrat is as beautiful and unique as its fabled reputation suggests. Loic and Beatrice's modern new apartment is a wonderful spot from which to enjoy all that Cap Ferrat and the Cote d'Azur offers. The apartment has everything to make for an enjoyable stay: well-equipped kitchen, laundry and bath, comfortable bed (quality linens for kitchen, bath and bed), good closet space and state of the art technology. Located in a quiet neighborhood a few steps from the bus stop, a block from the village/harbor and only a few minutes to several lovely beaches and promenades. No car necessary. We stayed 2 full weeks and hated to leave. Loic and Beatrice are excellent hosts who are helpful in every way to ensure a pleasant stay.
