The Beach House comes with an excellent houseboy and house girl, who will look after all your day-to-day requirements, including food shopping, cleaning, laundry and general service. The property comes with it’s own security staff, plus and emergency alarm button system connected to the local security company. Additional staff and facilities such as a cook, waiter, chauffer, or self drive four-wheel drive vehicles can all be provide on request. The house is on mains electric, but with it’s own standby electrical generator, plus laundry room and servants quarters.
