This villa is ideally situated for those that want to get the most from their holiday and only 30 minutes from either Alicante or Murcia airport.The villa is in a quiet community next to National Park and orange groves away from main roads.In the main area of the villa you will find dining area with table & 4 chairs and the lounge area is equipped with 3 seater sofa,2 seater sofa, TV /satellite channels, CD/Radio and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave kettle and toaster all crockery and cutlery you would require, Off the kitchen is a small utility room which houses the boiler and washing machine. The downstairs shower room has full size shower, toilet & wash and basin. The upstairs bathroom is equipped with bath/shower,bidet and vanity unit housing sink. There is a solarium with table and four chairs and a sun terrace at the front of the villa. Both bedrooms have large mirrored wardrobes the single has two beds & main bedroom a queen bed

The Costa Blanca or 'White Coast' is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, with excellent safe beaches, water sports, two Aqua parks, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping,many restaurants and general sightseeing all close by.Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia- both within 30 minutes drive.A great day can be had at the Rio Safari park located on the Elche-Santa Pola road.Benidorm is only a 55 minute drive away have some fun at Terra Mitica or visit the water park at Aqualandia. Numerous golf courses some only a 15 minute drive from the villa at El Raso and one within 10 minute drive. Torrevieja is only a 15 minute drive where you can shop till you drop, or of course get the air conditioned coach from the bus station in Guardamar and enjoy shopping in all the big stores.

Additional information about rental rates

  • There is a £100 sterling breakages deposit required once you have booked your holiday which will be returned to you within 7-14 days after leaving, once our management company who look after the villa with cleaning and laundry have reported no breakages.
    THERE IS ALSO A CHARGE FOR CLEANING AND LAUNDRY FOR YOUR STAY OF 55 EUROS PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL.
    To be met at the villa for key hand over the charge is 15 euros within office hours and 30 euros outside of office hours.
  • 20% deposit is required once holiday is booked balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday, if you cancel your holiday after the six week period NO deposit will be returned We do have a management company who check our villa for us and they also do a 'meet and greet' which means they will meet you at the villa and show you round and explain how everything works. They could also meet you at the airport if required and you are not hiring a car, they will drive you to the villa and return you back to the airport for your journey home. Please ask for prices when you contact us.
    We do suggest that you hire a car if you want to go sightseeing or out and about, if not there is a good bus service - bus stop situated at the entrance to the El Raso complex.

Notes: The villa has a nice garden at the front with a sun terrace with table and 4 chairs supplied. There is also a pull down blind from the overhead arbour should you wish to keep the sun off of you. No parking is allowed outside the villa except for unloading, you can either park your car if you have hired one on the space at the front of the villa inside the gate, but personally it is better to park at the end of the road where there are numerous parking spaces and as the villa is only the second one in from the road it is not far to walk from your parked car to the villa. The communal swimming pool is gated and to use the facilities you must lock the gate once inside the pool area and shower before using pool, this pool is only used by the residents of our small community of villa's, each community has there own pool making ours never crowded. On the complex there are 2 very nice restaurants, shops, 2 cafe's and a good old fashioned pub all within walking distance from the villa.

Golf Courses: Within 15 minute drive you have 3 Golf courses Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. Las Ramblas which is stunning, but short course and is the most challenging. Within 10 minute drive is La Finca where a new clubhouse is being built, tee times can be booked one week in advance at Las Ramblas and 3 days in advance at Campoamar. No need to bring your clubs as you can hire them at the courses, also electric buggies. There are restaurants/cafeterias where you can unwind with something to eat and drink after your round. Please note that most have a strict dress code and require a handicap to play.

Markets: There is a market held in Guardamar on Wednesday it covers around 6-8 streets on 3 levels. Good bargains to be found on leather goods and great fruit and vegetables. It starts early in the morning and as parking can be a hassle we suggest that you get there early and park by the beach and walk up to the market. There is also a Sunday market for which you can walk to from the villa, again starts at around 8.30-9.00am great bargains, shoes, clothes, linen etc. They have some great restaurants on site, English, German, Spanish all nationalities, great to start your day before spending those hard earned euro's. There is also a market at La Marina urbinisation on a Thursday morning and also Santa Pola on a Monday morning.
