A self-catering property surrounded by its own cultivated fields on three sides with far reaching views to the mountains yet only 6 minutes drive from the beautiful five mile long Playa de Palma beach, five minutes from the traditional hilltop Mallorcan village of Sant Jordi, and a 15 minute drive to the capital. The property also boasts close proximity to the new Jack Nicklaus golf course at Puntiro, and the Son Gual golf course opened in 2008 is visible from the house. The farmhouse is situated on the Mallorca Cycle route with ample safe storage for bicycles. The totally enclosed gardens are safe for children, as is the gated swimming pool. A large enclosed area at the rear provides ample parking along with access to the house. Ideal year round rental property with central heating boasting an ideal situation for access to amenities while providing country views and a lovely garden.

Thank you for a lovely holiday.We loved the house with all it's original features.In our opinion the house is even better than the photos on the website.We found the house extremely clean and well equipped, the owner was also very helpful with our queries and seemed to be on call 24/7.The location was ideal for us as we enjoyed being in the countryside but also close to the beach and Palma,all in all a lovely holiday and we hope to return next year.

We had a great holiday in the farmhouse, the house was very comfortable, everything we needed was there and the furnishings were also really fine. Also the personal contact with you was very nice, we could ask every question and got an answer quickly. (for example the restaurant or the directions to the supermarket). The pool and the landscape were also really nice, but you should have mentioned the airport and the highway! It was at least no problem at all for us because we weren´t around during the day very often. All in one we had a nice trip to Mallorca including your farmhouse and who knows, maybe one day we will be back. Thanks a lot again,

Great location on the island(straight onto the motorway).
Great place for a relaxing holiday with so many places around the farmhouse to chill out in.All bedrooms are a good size as are the bathrooms.Everything clean and well presented .
Owner's Response: What a lovely review, it makes all the effort we put into making sure that our guests have a great holiday ,worthwhile. SC1 and family were the ideal holiday home renters and looked after our farmhouse beautifully.

Bis ins Detail liebevoll her- und eingerichtetes Bauernhaus in der Nähe von Palma. 5 Min bis zum Strand von Plama und El Arenal mit dem Auto. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr sauber und sehen genau wie auf den Fotos aus. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich würde das Haus jederzeit an Freund und Bekannte weiterempfehlen.
