All 'mod cons' & electrical appliances for use within villa. Spacious plot with patio, partially shaded by Gazebo, to escape the 'hot' summer sun, plenty of area for the sunbathers including roof terrace and balcony off Master bedroom. Traditional Spanish barbeque available for use. Outdoor seating for 6-10 under Gazebo. Ideal for families or golfing parties, the property overlooks the communal swimming pool, and is located near the excellent Championship golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamar. Beautiful blue flag beaches are within 5 mins drive. Nearby facilities: restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, banks - all within easy walking distance. La Manga Resort & peninsula are 45 minutes away, offering alternate golf courses, tennis and 'day spa breaks'.

The property is located on a quiet urbanisation, it is very well situated for beaches, golf, water sports, go karts, shops, bars, markets or just relaxing if required. The closest beach is Cabo Roig; it is very nice and ideal for young children. There are several very nice beaches within a 5-10 minute drive. Three Championship golf courses are within a 5-10minute drive. Villamartin Square is 10mins drive, with many excellent international restaurants & bars, along with numerous shops & banks. If you like old towns and ports, it is well worth a visit to Cartegena or inland to the old City of Murcia, with its beautiful old Cathedral. The closest waterpark is 15mins.drive & Terramitica theme park is approximately one hour drive north, just outside Benidorm. The beautiful Lagoon of Mar Menor is approx 35mins. The nearest airport is Murcia (San Javier) served by numerous airlines, a 20 minute drive or Alicante, served again by numerous airlines approx. drive 45 mins.

    A cleaning charge of 60 Euros is payable with your final balance 8 weeks prior to holiday.
    A breakages deposit of £100 pounds sterling is also required with final payment (refunded) after return of keys & property inspection.

    Minor breakages can be replaced at Carrefour to prevent loss of breakages deposit.
  • Shorter stays & long term lets considered by owners.
    We can be flexible on changeover days to try & accommodate as much as possible.
