The apartment is located on the second floor of an old mansion in the center of Sinalunga and its large clear rooms face a typical Tuscan landscape. From the ground floor is accessible a garden and a nice cool court. The apartment, equipped with all comforts is made up of three bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds and the other with one single bed plus a bed-chair), a large sitting room with fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Also available for single weekends.

Sinalunga is situated in a perfect position to reach the other enchanting places in Toscana: Less than an hours drive to visit Florence, Perugia, Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona and Trasimeno lake. In this area there are many thermal pools and beauty centres like Rapolano (15km) and Chianciano (30km). It is possible to rent a car for a single day or minivan with driver/guide for day tours. A Train station (1km from the house) and efficient bus services are also available. The house is near everything ! 5 minutes walk to the central square, good restaurants, bars, shops, super markets, a beautiful swimming pool, a free large parking.
