Villa on the beach, with two private pools (kids & adult pool). Enjoy your holiday in a private cozy atmosphere with the beautiful beach less then 100 meters from the villa. Surfing, fishing, shopping, and great dining are some of the features you may enjoy. Sol Verde Casino is just a ten minute drive or train ride away. If you are planning to go sight seeing, Spain, Tui border is just 1h15m drive away. Cities like Braga, Guimaraes, Povoa de Varzim, Porto are all 40 minutes or less away from the villa, if you plan to visit the museums and beach along the coast going north. South of the villa you can enjoy the cities of Aveiro, historic Coimbra, Figueira da foz and many others all under 1hr drive away. Great location whether you just want to sit back and enjoy the sun or get out and visit other cities and near by attractions. Buses and trains are near by. Mini markets are with in 300 meters away.

Surfing, cycling, walking, nite clubs, cafes on the beach, gym across the street from the villa, (they offer weekly or day specials, givesyo u access to gym, sauna, turkish bath and many more activities) tennis courts, golfing. 20 minute drive from downtown Porto(wine tasting). Buses and trains are available. Museums and Porto city tours are available, the historic city of Coimbra is a 40min drive or train ride south(alot of historic sites and museums there)...too many other attractions to mention.
