The convenient location of this property cannot be overstated as it is within 5 minutes, by car or public transport, of Disneyland Resort Paris, Disney's 27 holes golf course and Val d'Europe International Shopping Centre. The apartment contains a modern fitted and fully equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining room which is flooded with natural light, three good size bedrooms. The apartment with its wooden floor, comfortably sleeps upto 6 people, in one double and two twin rooms. The living/dining room offers access to abalcony with a sunny southerly orientation, attracting afternoon and evening sun. The journey time is 35 minutes. A local bus service operates regularly between Magny-le-Hongre, Disneyland Paris and Val d'Europe Shopping Centre, which has an excellent hyper market and designer outlet stores. The bus stop is within 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Sea Life, Parc Asterix, gastronomic local restaurants and many other activities are all close by.     10% discount is offered to bookings of 4 persons or less.

    We are very flexible on change-over days except during peak season.
    We do except payment in British Pound Sterling.
  • All requests will be answered within 48 hours.
    A 30% Non-Refundable deposit is required on confirmation and the remaining balance due 2 months before your arrival date. All bookings within 2 months need to be paid in full. We require a seperate deposit cheque of £350 or 350 euros with the final payment and will be returned usually within 7 working days following your departure. However a retainer can be made from this deposit to cover damage or breakages to the property or for extra cleaning if it is left in an unacceptable condition.

Further Details: The village Centre of Magny-le-Hongre is round 2 minutes by car and provides a bakery, pub, banks, grocery shop and chemist.

Golf: Next door to the Golf of Disneyland 27 holes Championship golf course. Within a short drive of 7 other courses this is ideal for a golfing vacation. All green-fees can be arranged and pre-booked by the owner including advice on a golfing holiday in the heart of France. A new Arnold Palmer designed course is due to open in April 2009 which again, is only 15 minutes drive away.
