Lehigh Acres (approx. 35000 citizens) lies next to Fort Myers. It offers 4 big supermarkets, 1 hospital, banks, cinemas and some restaurants. Nearly all doctors are on site. Lehigh Acres is known for its beautiful Golfresorts e. g. 'The Majestics', 'Mirror Lakes' or 'Admiral's'. If you like to go shopping in Fort Myers, it's about 20 min. by car. To the very beautiful sandy beach at the Golf of Mexico it's a driving time of about 30 minutes. The Interstate I-75 is also reachable in 15 to 20 minutes.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates are differentiated after size of party;
    approximate weekly price incl. electricity flat rate and taxes for a party of 2 persons: $1055.-
    To all daily rental fees is added an electricity flat rate of $ 45,- per week as well as 11% tax. The rental costs have to be transfered 6 weeks in prior to the arrival. Together with the contract conclusion you have to pay a deposit of $250,-.
  • Cleaning after departure is done by housekeeper: $ 100,- has to be paid at the arrival day to the housekeeper.
  • If the rental period is more than 4 weeks reductions are possible. Please ask for further information!
    Maximum rental period is 8 weeks.

Description of the house: Commodious house (3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, next to the golf course, heated swimming pool; living quarter with tiles, bedrooms with carpet floor, sitting area on pool deck is protected against mosquitoes and bugs by additional screened sliding doors; garage door can be opened via remote control.

Maximum of residents/ children: Experience has proven that an occupation of more than 4 persons exceeds the capacity of the house. After consultation of the homeowners also 5 persons are possibly accepted. For security reasons (pool) children living in the house must be at least 6 years old!

Electronic devices: For our guests available in the house are: TV, DVD (only US-format) as well as telephone. Telephone rates will be balanced after the stay. Home appliances (dish washer, washing maschine, dryer) are also available. Please read the instructions carefully!

Golf: The house is located next to Mirror Lakes Golf Course (18 holes), one of the most beautiful golf courses in Lee County. From the pool deck you can catch sight of tee # 11. Greenfee is (depending on season) $25 - $45. Another 4 courses are reachable within a 15 min. ride.

In ruhiger Lage gelegen.
Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht um sich 2 Wochen (oder länger) entspannen und erholen zu können.
Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für erlebnisreiche Tagestrips.
Die Vermieter geben gerne auf Nachfrage Ausflugstips!
Schöner und rel. günstiger Golfplatz direkt vor dem Haus.
