This 2 bedroomed, 2 bathroom ground floor self catering apartment with communal pool is situated in the popular holiday area of Los Altos within easy reach of the stunning beaches and top quality golf courses in Spain's beautiful Costa Blanca. The apartment is situated on a quiet road in the La Cinuelica residential area but close to resturants & shops and walking distance to the beach. It is tiled throughout and consists of living/dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double with ensuite, 1 twin with fold up single futon) and front terrace. Furnished to a high standard with leather sofas, TV, DVD, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, iron/ironing board, it meets all your self catering needs. There is a patio table with parasol for outside dining and 2 sunloungers. The communal pool to the rear (no view from the apartment) has a shallow childrens area and is surrounded by paving and grass. There is on road parking directly outside the apartment or in the cool underground car park.

The area is mixed holiday and residential with many friendly resident English neighbours who are always keen to chat and give advice! If you want to stay local: Punta Prima beach is 15/20mims walk and many other beaches to suit all tastes are just 10/20mins drive. Go Karting, WaterPark, childrens play areas and sports facilities are also on your door step. There is a good supermarket 5mins walk from the apartment as well as many resturants shops and cafes. If you want to use the apartment as an affordable base to explore the Costa Blanca there are many sites within easy driving distance including world famous beaches, historical cities, churches, palaces & Moorish architecture. Championship golf courses such as Alicante and Playa de San Juan are only 40mins away and La Manga only 1hr. There are Sunday Markets, salt lakes, hot springs, mud baths and if you head inland there are small villages with charming cafes & markets as well as natural landscape ideal for mountain walks & cycling.

Notes: The apartment is ideal for 4 people, but can accommodate 5 as there is a fold up futon bed which can be used for a fifth guest and the dining table can accomodate extra chairs from the patio furniture. The property is non smoking for the benefit of non-smoking guests and to keep the interior free of smoke odours and stains. However, smoking on the terrace is fine. Towels are provided for use in the apartment only. Guests are requested to use beach towels for outside use. Baby equipment: the apartment does not have travel cot, high chair or other baby equipment, but these can be hired locally through our local English representative for a small charge. Other equipment hire can also be arranged on request. These include: Airport transfers, car or bike hire, beach equipment hire, etc. Please let us know when booking and our agent will provide a list of services/rates. There is a first aid kit located in the kitchen and fire safety blanket wall mounted near the cooker.
