This apartment is located on the Cote d'Azur in the Alpes Maritime area of southern France. The sparkling waters of the Mediterranean lie a short distance from the apartment. This Riviera coast contains the towns of Cannes, Nice, St. Tropez, Antibes, Monte Carlo and is only a short distance from the Italian border. It lies within the renowned Riviera Golf course with superb uninterupted views of the Esterel Hills. Beaches along this area of the Riviera are world famous and visited both by celebrities and the general public. There is a wealth of both cultural & historic museums, stately homes, gardens, art galleries, theatres and opera houses. Inland the scenery changes rapidly to a mountain environment with a completely different set of activities to that of the coast. Hill walking, skiing, rambling and a host of mountain pursuits are available. Visit the perfume centre of Grasse , or take a boat to the Lerin Islands ( 20 minutes away ).

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please note that bedlinen, towels and cleaning are a supplementary charge at €90 for 2 people, €135 for 3-4 and €150 for 5 per change. This is payable locally to the key holder in euros cash. A security deposit of £300 returnable subject to satisfactory inspection report. A 20% deposit is required before a booking can be confirmed. This is non refundable. You are advised to take out a travel insurance policy with a cancellation clause which may enable you to recover non refundable monies.. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. An additional £30 per person is charged per week on numbers exceeding 4 persons to cover laundry and services. Air conditioning is an optional extra on request for periods outside July and August and is charged at £25 per week.
  • A hamper can be provided at a supplement if required.
  • We also accept payment in euros at the rate prevailing against sterling at the time of booking & final balance payments. Please note that the Cannes Film Festival and MIPIN conference week are charged at PEAK SEASON rates.

We have now enjoyed several lovely summer holidays in this delightful apartment. Bookings and information are provided in a friendly and efficiently manner by the owner. The apartment is a real 'home from home', clean, tastefully furnished, very well equipped and quiet. The view over the golf course to the hills is uplifting. The two balconies are a real asset.
The community in which the apartment is situated is excellently maintained and secure with lovely, well-tended grounds. The pool is close and most pleasant.
During our holidays here, we have found it an excellent base for visits to Lac St Cassien, Mougins, Iles de Lerins, Monaco, Eze, Grasse, Gorge du Verdon, and Italy as well as Valberg (1.5 hours) -an alpine village which is a good start point for walks and many summer sports as well as winter skiing. There are many opportunities for activities, and sports within easy reach. A variety of restaurants, shops and supermarkets are a short drive away. There are lovely Provençal evening markets in La Napoule during the summer as well as frequent firework displays.

A wonderfully located apartment with excellent facilities. It is immaculately clean and very well maintained.
Watching the light and sky change every minute while sitting on the larger of the two balconies was a delight. I would thoroughly recommend it for a peaceful holiday.

We had a wonderful holiday, alternating days of sightseeing with days of quiet relaxation. The area has so much to offer- beautiful scenery, glorious beaches, interesting towns, quaint villages, great markets. The apartment was a delight- spotless, tastefully furnished, everything there to make for comfort and convenience, beautiful views over the golf course.The well equipped kitchen made self catering a pleasure, but we also took found lots of good value eateries in the area- all budgets are catered for.We loved sitting out on the balcony with a glass or three of red and some delicious cheese. I would strongly recommend this property .It certainly fulfilled our every requirement and we are looking forward to staying there again . For those who are sun and pool worshippers or golf fanatics this is heaven . We were delighted with our stay here and really appreciated the excellent facilities.Strongly recommend visits to Mougins, Nice, St, Paul de Vence, as well as to the local market in Mandelieu
