Casa Iona is a large and light one storey detached villa of 275 msq and set in a secluded gargen of 2000msq. The garden is mainly laid out to grass,mediterranean flowers and palm trees and has a large cobbled driveway which can park 6-8 cars.

,It is well presented with spacious lounge/bedrooms/ fitted kitchen/bathrooms. It has a covered sun terrace which leads to a large and private swimming pool (12mx 5m) with sun loungers and easy chairs and swings making this a very relaxing holiday for families and friends.

Our house representative will meet you at the villa to show you the house and give you the key. She will give you information regarding local interest such as beaches, restaurants, supermarket etc. that make this part of Costa de la luz so special and why we love it so. She is also available for any questions you might have throughout your stay in Casa Iona.

Casa Iona is located in the urbanization of San Andres Golf, on the Cadiz-Malaga road, on the outskirt of Chiclana and the beautiful village of Conil. There are several supermarkets, chemist and restaurants all within 5 minutes drive in El Colorado.

For Golf enthusiasts, there is San Andres's 18 holes to the other 7 golf courses all within 45 mins drive.

The unspoilt beaches are only about 10-15 minutes drive. The beaches of the Costa de la luz (coast of light because of its volume of sunshine) at Playa La Borrosa, Roche and Conil are heraded as the best in Spain

    30% non refundable deposit is required with confirm booking. The final balance has to be settled 6 weeks before arrival date.

    Additional cost: Cleaning and preparation of the house: 100 euros.

    An extra refundable 300 euros payable on arrival and return if no damages are found. on departure.

We stayed in the house for 4 weeks (June/July 2009). The house was exactly as described. It was clean & well maintained. Any questions we had were answered promptly by the owner - who is extremely helpful. The pool is great & the gardens lovely. We had a wonderfully relaxing time - a home away from home - but with significantly better weather. Catherine, Richard & family.

Luxury Home away from Home

Perhaps our best ever stay in Spain. Found the property exactly as described, though the reality was even better.

We were warmly welcomed and shown around the house. Everything was clean, luxurious and in working order. A very quiet location amongst other up-market villas surrounding an excellent golf course. We spent much of our time on the patio by the pool, though the nearby beaches were fantastic, and the small towns invited exploration. Great local restaurants when we didn't feel like cooking for ourselves.

For balance, I feel I should find something negative to say, but .... I really can't think of anything. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Villa

What a suberb villa, thank you. Your discription of the villa was as we found it, and to have it insuch a beautiful area, peaceful and very Spanish, just what was needed for a relaxing 2 week holiday.
The beaches are to die for and lots of good eating places within easy reach.
the villa is maintained to a very high standard with everything you need to feel at home.
I will recommed the villa to all my friends and family and I will definatley be back again and again.
Thank you again for a fantastic holiday in your villa you will be hearing from me soon to book again.

It is a lovely house, with a beautiful garden and a nice swimmimg pool. The house is nicely located on the quiet San Andres Golf course. We were very friendly received by the housekeeper. The surroundings are beautiful. The sea, restaurants and little villages are close by, but you do need a car to visit them.
Casa Iona is a perfect villa for a relaxing holiday!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
