Photos and Description of this Costa Canyamel holiday house

Row house in top location, directly at the sea with access to the bay. We acquired this pretty middle row-house in April 06. It has an enchanting location directly at the sea with access to two romantic bays that are only used by the owners of the surrounding villas. It is 30 m to the bay. The bay is easily accessible by a stairway (approx. 20 steps). The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 3 storeys. The upper storey features the master bedroom with bathroom en suite and a small terrace, from which you have a beautiful view of the sea. Furthermore two pretty single bedrooms are located on this floor. The middle storey is accessible by the street across the sun terrace with a size of approx. 10 m². In addition the sunny living room and the adequate kitchen are situated here. On the lower storey the main entry is located. There used to be a garage that has been developed into a double bedroom that also has a bathroom and two windows to the quiet courtyard.

Canyamel is a romantic bathing resort in the North-East of the island. At the fine sandy beach the inner city with shopping facilities, restaurants etc. is situated. The holiday house is located in the south district (aobut 1 minute away by car) that is dominated by villas. There are swimming bays (shingle stone) of private character that are only used by the owners of the villas. There is also a popular restaurant of high quality, which features a terrace with fantastic view. Especially golfers prefer this location, because in direct ambit ( between 5 and 15 minute drives) there are 4 golf courts (Capdepera, Canyamel, Pula, Son Servera). Far away from mass tourism the Majorcan towns of Artá and Capdepera (each about 6 km away) invite you to a visit of typical restaurants and local markets.

The balcony and the terrace have blinds and persiansas. Each bedroom and dining area features ventilators. Bedclothes and towels are provided, beach towels are to be brought.

Heiße Tage am Meer

Wir waren 11 Tage im Juni in diesem schönen Ferienhaus.
Bisher kannten wir nur Pauschalurlaub in hellhörigen Hotels.Im Haus fühlten wir uns in den ersten Tagen wie im 7.Himmel.
Die Angaben im Online-Inserat sind authentisch.
Das Haus war sauber und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Absolut ruhige Umgebung, man brauch aber unbedingt einen Mietwagen, ohne funktioniert das nicht.Schöne kleine Badebuchten direkt vor der Nase -mit Badehose und Handtuch in 2 min erreichbar. Umgebung fantastisch - Blick von den Arta-Höhlen auf Canyamel ...was will man "meer"...
Vermieterin hatte ab Buchung im Februar ständig zu uns Kontakt gehalten und Dank den E-Mails + beifügten Fotos war die Vorfreude groß. Abwicklung und Beschreibung super.
Gaststätte direkt "um die Ecke", aber wenn da nicht gerade eine Hochzeit stattfindet, ist nichts davon zu merken.
Für täglich dort Essengehen zu teuer, aber fantastischer Blick am Tage und erst rechts abends. Coller Barkeeper - Preise sind Verhandlungssache.Mal probieren.
Unbedingt mal ansehen: Höhlen von Arta, Cala Rajada-besonders abends (im NOAH-s ein Cocktail ist Pflicht und vielleicht auf Dieter Bohlen treffen?), Cala Mesquida, Arta ...und ein Stück im Landesinnern Santorei Cura: Blick über die gesamte Insel (mit dem Fahrrad eine echte Herausforderung!!), San Salvador, Palma ......
Also dann viel Spass.

Schönes Reihenhaus, gute Betreuung

Das Reihenhaus von Frau G. hat eine gute und ruhige Lage sehr nahe zum Meer. Man kann zu Fuß nach wenigen Metern eine kleine Bucht erreichen und schon vor dem Frühstück eine Runde schwimmen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, man schläft prima und in der Küche ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Gewöhnungsbedürftig sind nur die schmalen Treppen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuverläßlich.

Schönes, gemütliches Haus.

Das Ferienhaus war sauber und gemütlich. Insgesamt entsprach es der Beschreibung ziemlich genau. Die Ausstattung war mehr als für den täglichen Gebrauch nötig üppig. Die Zimmer, Küche und Bad waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die elektrischen geräte allesamt vollständig funktionabel. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war freundlich und nett. Alle Fragen wurden prompt und hinreichend beantwortet. Die Scghlüsselübergabe erfolgte ohne Probleme auf dem Postweg. Der Aufenthalt hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden durchaus irgendwann wiederkommen. Auch der Ferienort selbst ist durchaus einen Wiederbesuch wert. Der Strand ist breit und der Zugang zum Wasser flach abfallend, so dass besonderes Kinder auf ihre Kosten kommen. Die Restaurants sind nahezu alle empfehlenswert. Diesbezüglich möchten wir keine besondere Empfehlung abgeben. Hier soll jeder selbst nach individuellem Geschmack entscheiden. Eine Weiterempfehlung an Freunde und Verwandte werden wir selbstverständlich ohne Einschränkung aussprechen können.
Owner's Response: Ich werde auch in Zukunft darauf achten, daß Gäste sich wohlfühlen. So ist die neue Küche bestellt, mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Cerankochfeld etc., damit nichts den Urlaub trübt. Nur die gute Laune müssen Sie mitbringen, für den Rest ist gesorgt :-))

Schöne Ferien!

Das Ferienhaus liegt in ruhiger und landschaftlich schöner Lage. Gut gefallen hat uns die umfangreiche Ausstattung und Sauberkeit de Hauses. In der nahegelegenen kleinen Badebucht lässt es sich wunderbar schnorcheln. Idealerweise gibt es keine festen An- und Abreisetage.
Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin für die freundliche und problemlose Abwicklung. Gerne wieder !

Schönes Haus

Wir haben 10 wunderschöne Urlaubstage in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Abwicklung der Reise war ganz unkompliziert und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett. Das Haus ist genau so wie beschrieben und zwei kleine Badebuchten liegen wirklich ganz nah.
