A well looked after 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on 2nd floor of a popular condominium complex. Set within beautifully landscaped gardens with a large central swimming pool. There is 24 hour reception and security service guaranteeing complete safety. There is a laundrette and restaurant facilities on the premises. There is a 5 minute walk to the local beach and a very attractive shopping complex close by. Other facilities include access to tennis court, banks and local shopping mall as well as attractive restaurants. There is also easy access to regular public transport at very reasonable rates. The world famous Sandy Layne golf course is within walking distance.
