A Beautiful two bedroom apartment with two twin bedded rooms, with en suite to the master bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and utility room with washing machine, hot & cold air conditioning throughout. The terrace overlooks a large pool and tennis court, with stunning sea & mountain views. The complex is a safe gated community. All the attractions of Benalmadena Marina, Mijas Pueblo or Fuengirola are a short drive or taxi ride away. The location is Ideal for families or golfers. Torrequebrada Golf club being the nearest course only ten minutes away & many more like Mijas or La Cala are short drive away. Changeover dates can be flexible to make best use of budget airline flights. Short breaks can be considered.

Situated within walking distance of Benalmadena Pueblo, Benalmarina is a quiet residential urbanization, which affords spectacular views of the med. Close to excellent public transport links, both by train and bus. Only 15 mins from MIjas Pueblo. For those who wish to go further afield, Ronda, Granada, Sevilla and Gibraltar are all within easy reach. Closer to home the towns of Benalmadena Costa and Fuengirola offer numerous restaurants and cover a wide cuisine. For those who like to shop, there is plenty of opportunity to do so in both these towns including the Myramar centre in Fuengirola or just a little further the exclusive shops of Marbella and Puerto Banus. Malaga is also a beautiful city to shop and eat and is easy to get to by train from Arroyo de la Mare, it takes only 30 minutes.

Golf: We can help golfers by recommending courses we have personally played. Our favourite course for a leisurely game on a picturesque course where you can drive your sat nav buggy right up to your ball is Mijas Los Olivios, we can also recommend the clubhouse restaurant.Try Alhaurin for stunning views and a challenging course. Torrequebrada is one of the nearest courses only ten minutes away and is a magnificent well established championship course. Another favourite of ours is Guadlahorce near Malaga which has a large Spanish membership and a beautiful old clubhouse. La Cala is a well known course in the mountains and I would always recommend a buggy here. The Spanish are starting to realise that many people like a good offer and many such as Mijas and Torrequebrada offer twilight packages at a healthy discount. All the courses mentioned are within easy reach as well as numerous others.

Myself, my husband and our two boys stayed in this apt in Aug 2009. It was really clean and well maintained. It was really lovely and fresh and the views from the balcony were gorgeous. Our boys loved the tennis court and the pool. There was a childrens pool which wasnt too deep and that really suited us. The restaurants in the Pueblo were fabulous, every one we went to the food was nicer than the next. It was such a lovely relaxing week. The bus service was very good, we got the bus to the market and to Tivoli world also. The information we received from Sue was really useful. We would definately go back.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

I spent a wonderful week at this spacious, modern, and well furnished apartment. The large pool was superb and I was impressed at how convenient it was for local amenities. I would definitely recommend this property to others.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
