Villa Mariann is an ideal villa for large parties wanting a country environment, yet an easy drive to the beach, golf and other facilities in the Carvoeiro area. Well furnished & equipped, Villa Mariann has 5 bedrooms & 4 bath/shower rooms on 3 levels. Two of the bedrooms have private balconies with sea views. The spacious, modern, well equipped kitchen includes black marble work surface, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine & door to side terrace. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the dining area. A couple of steps lead down to a small, comfortable sitting area with Satellite TV, DVD & CD player & from where there is direct access to the pool. Sliding glass doors also open from the dining area onto a wide, part covered terrace with built in barbecue. Steps lead down to the large pool. There is plenty of room to dine or sunbathe outside and enjoy the uninterrupted views over undulating farmland and countryside to the sea.

Within an easy drive of golf, beach, tennis and other facilities in the Carvoeiro area, the nearest local cafe is within a 10 minute walk. The town of Carvoeiro with its many shops, bars and restaurants, and the beautiful Benagil and Marinha beaches are a 5 minute drive away. The market town of Lagoa is also only a short drive from the villa whilst the historic town of Silves with its ancient Moorish Castle is well worth a day exploring. For children there is an excellent water park in Lagoa and Zoo Marine is approximately 15 minutes drive away.
