Charming bastide nestled on a south facing slope near the ancient village of Bargemon. The house is within walking distance to the village yet in a totally quiet and beautiful area with old olive trees and panoramic views. The property consists of 3000m2 on old terraces with 64 old olive trees. The house is 170mn2 and it has a new pool placed only 10 m from the house and with panoramic views of the valley and toward the mountains. The garden offers several terraces one covered which give you the needed shade in the summer. There is plenty of parking space and the property is enclosed and with electric gate opener. The old town of Bargemon is a 2 min walk from the house. Here you find the real southern atmosphere with the cafes and a large selection of good French restaurants from the simple to more expensive. The town has a weekly market and several good galleries.

Bargemon is a lively village with many good restaurants and a nice market. The coast is not far away in Frejus and you can visit all the local vineyards on your way to the coast. There are good markets in towns around like Le Muy and even Callas. Bargemon has several good galleries and if you like music there are plenty of offers both with classical music and Jazz.

Here you can rent paddle boats and canoes. The lake Lac St. Croix is only a 45 min drive away. Here you will find mountaineering, white water rafting or even great hiking area. Visit the Gorge du Verdon only 45 min away with its fantastic views and impressive nature.

Golf: There are many good golf courses in this part of the South of France. We can give you the names of the closest. St. Endreol in Le Muy, Terre Blance in Tourrettes to mention only a few.
