This two bedroom villa has a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a twin bedded room with separate shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the lounge and all bedrooms air conditioned. There is a flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player plus a selection of films for your enjoyment. The terrace has an awning which can be opened or closed depending on your requirements. There is a BBQ and table and chairs for dining al fresco. Meals can be eaten in the restaurant or delivered to your terrace on request. The beach, lively Marina and a number of restaurants, supermarkets and sports venues are within a 15 minute walk. Many will find that with the adult and children´s pool, seasonal restaurant and fully equipped accommodation, it´ll be hard to drag yourselves away!

Eden Villas is a privately owned complex with 2 swimming pools (one adult one children´s) a seasonal cafe/restaurant and pretty gardens adorned with an array of mediterranean plants and trees. The ambiance is relaxed and very child friendly. The tourist train stops outside the accommodation and Vilamoura Tennis club , Pinhal Golf Course and The Old Course are within a short walk. There are a number of restaurants and supermarkets within the vicinity and the Marina and lovely Falesia beach are approximately a 15 minute walk from the complex. Due to the accommodation being spread over one floor it is highly suitable for the elderly or people with small children. We can add electric socket covers and a stair gate (roof terrace) where necessary for those with toddlers.
