This recently high quality renovated apartment is ideally situated for a family holiday. It is in a quiet village location but is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a horse riding/trekking centre and is 10 minutes from the prettiest beaches in the area. Located just off the Pula-Rijeka road, it is conveniently placed for exploring the whole of Istria. The accommodation comprises: A spacious, air-conditioned open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen with a balcony leading off affording lovely views of the Prodol valley. One large double bedroom and One twin bedded bedroom, each with heating for the off season months, and with plenty of wardrobe space. A bathroom with a Bath, WC, sink unit and a hot water cylinder providing ample hot water. The sofa in the lounge may be made up to a sofabed and a baby's cot is also available if needed. Outside there parking and a large private garden with BBQ and dining area. Bicycles are also available for the use of the guest

Additional information about rental rates

  • We require a 15% deposit to secure the booking, payable either by Bank Transfer or Credit card, with the balance payable on arrival either by Credit Card or in Cash.
    The invoiced amount must be in Kuna (the local currency). If payment is made in Euros or British pounds, the exchange rate will be the Hypo Alpe Adria Bank midrate as quoted on the day of receipt (less any commission charged).
  • Prices include PDV (VAT) but Local Tourist taxes and Registration are additional items and will be shown separately on the invoice.
    Local Tourist taxes range from 2 kuna (approx 27 cents) to 4 kunas (approx 55 cents) per adult per night depending on the season. Children under 12 years old pay no taxes, Children between 12 and 18 years old pay half rate taxes.
    The One-off Registration fee is 30 kuna (approx 4 euros) per person.
  • a 10% discount is available for stays of longer than one week
