Substantial 3 bedroom villa, all en-suite, with separate cloaks/wc and poolside shower/wc. There is a large living room, including cable TV, with dining area and seating for 6. The Kitchen/diner is fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven and separate hob. The 3 bedrooms are of generous proportions 1 double (en-suite spa bath/wc and separate dressing room) and two twins (en-suite shower/wc), A vast poolside Naya (covered terrace) complements the living accommodation with kitchenette and dining facilities and seating for 6. Outside there is a larger than normal 10 x 5 pool with sun terracing alongside. To the rear of the property is a lawned area with a superb assortment of native palms and trees etc. There is ample off street secure parking for at least 3 cars accessed through remote control gates.

This modern Spanish style villa which is situated in the sort after area of La Guardia Park has three big bedrooms all en suite and nestles amongst the pine trees which offer both peace and privacy. There is a larger than normal private swimming pool (10mx5m) together with poolside sun terraces. For escaping the sun and for outdoor eating there is a large naya (covered terrace) with views over the pool. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen which has hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. In the lounge there is cable television and DVD player together with a CD player/radio. The garden is fully enclosed and there is off street parking for three cars accessed through remote control gates. There are many beaches within a few minutes drive and several shops and restaurants within walking distance.

    Cleared Balance of Payment due no later than 8 weeks prior to commencement of rental.
    Discount for bookings longer than 3 consecutive weeks (except for July & August)
    Up to 6 persons included in rental rates - extra persons (max 2) at GBP45 per week per person.
    GBP30 per week per cot (cot linen not provided).
    Security deposit Euros 350/ GBP equiv payable prior to arrival, returnable within 10 days of leaving subject to final inspection
    End cleaning and laundry Euros 100 payable with final balance.
    Bed linen is included in the normal rental rates, however, a discount of GBP10 per person per rental is available should you wish to supply your own bed linen. Please state at the time of reservation.
