This beautiful apartment really does have something to offer everyone. The lounge / diner is large and airy with beautiful French Doors onto the terrace which runs the width of the apartment and offers views of the beautiful golf course, the Andalusian mountains as well as down to the coast and sea below. The lounge is furnished a leather suite of which one is a sofa bed also includes large flat screen T.V and sky box. The dining suite is in a light oak inlaid with marble, a perfect setting for any dinner party. The kitchen is fully fitted offering every appliance you could require during your stay to include dishwasher washing machine and microwave. The two double bedrooms are both arranged twins with the master bedroom having the luxury of an ensuite bathroom. The second bathroom is a shower room with a walk-in shower. The apartment is in fully secure gated compound and gardens offering a high level of security and peace of mind if you are holidaying with young children.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION: This property offers a truly privileged position situated between two of the most popular urbanizations on the Costa Del Sol, these being Calahonda and Riviera Del Sol. The apartment itself is situated on the golf course development and only a two minute walk from the excellent club house with its many facilities and bar. The area generally, offers a wealth of facilities for all ages and all tastes, for the young there are a large number of bars, clubs and Nikki beach were you can mix with the rich and famous or just enjoy a four poster bed in your private piece of beach, all not more than a short taxis ride away, for the families they can enjoy the Selwo Dolphin Park and Sea World Centre at Benalmadina not to mention the outstanding Marina. Five minutes further along the coast you have the huge Water Park, Tivoli World and the Crocodile Centre at Torremolinas.
