The apartment also has a large balcony with table and chairs perfect for el fresco dining with views to the islands of Cannes. The apartment has a secure car park in the building as well as public transport right outside the door which can take you to Antibes, Golfe Juan, Nice and Cannes nearby.

Antibes Juan-les-Pins is the second town in the department today with more than 73,000 inhabitants and has the largest yachting harbour in Europe. Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment to be made by bank transfer in euros, note that this could incur a charge, to be met by sender, or by French cheque. There is a 60 euro cleaning/laundry fee payable in cash on departure .Towels and linens are provided including. On arrival you will be met at the apartment, and given a set of keys. The security and key deposit of 300 euros (or equivalent in pounds) will be collected in cash at this time, to be returned on departure less the 60 euros for cleaning.
    Please note that check ins after 9pm. can not be facilitated.
