While the top floor living area and principal bedrooms benefit from ocean views, the kitchen and dining areas have views over our sub tropical courtyard - garden area. The property is located over three floors with the entrance being directly opposite the beach. The top floor living area has gabled ceilings and gives access to a huge integral balcony area, offering stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean & Porthmeor Beach. All three double bedrooms are en-suite with all luxury bed linen and towels included. There is also a separate utility room. No other property in such a central location can offer you this level of space and comfort in St Ives. Slipway is truly a wonderful seaside apartment and perfect for either long vacations or short breaks.   • The bedrooms on the lower floor, both have spacious en-suite shower rooms and the master bedroom on the first floor has an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath and flat screen TV mounted in the wall, All beds are hotel quality. Flooring on the ground floor is slate tiles with the first floor being limed oak. The lower front bedroom and master bedroom on the first floor have views of the ocean and as the property is within a few meter's of the beach, you get fantastic sounds of the sea with crashing waves etc. Lighting is low voltage - ceiling , with bed side lamps etc. Each guest has a large quality bath sheet and hand towel. Both bedrooms on the lower floor have built in mirror wardrobes and the master bedroom has a double freestanding wardrobe. Quality clothes hangers are provided.
