The apartment has one bedroom, with a double sofa bed in the living room so it easily accommodates 2 couples or a family of 4, the apartment also benefits from a luxury complex, including sculptured pool, sauna, gym and 24hr gated security with underground parking. The apartment's sun terrace is South facing and has sun from 10am to sun set all year round, restaurants and shops are 5 minutes walk to the golf course club house, which offers fine dining and live entertainment. The local supermarket and shops are a 15-20 minute walk. The apartment also benefits from a peaceful setting, ideal for a chilled out holiday.

Local resorts include: -Cabopino Port (3-5 mins drive): beautiful sandy beaches with water sports, fishing and boat trips.The sandy beach and dunes can be reached via the road at the side of the apartment block. There is also a pleasant harbour and renowned restaurants. Cabopino is one of the Costa del Sol's best kept secret. -Marbella (10 mins drive): one of the most delightful promenades on the Costa Del Sol, with its classy restaurants and bars overlooking the beach front. A visit to the Orange Square will bring you to a host of street restaurants in the old part of Marbella. Puerto Banus (20 mins drive): with it’s mega rich yachts, world famous fashion shops, Casino, shopping centre, top beaches and spectacular views, make this place special.
