This new luxurious 3 bedroom penthouse apartment overlooks Bossa beach. To compliment the view of the beach, the apartment has a roof terrace as well as a large terrace, which also looks over, both the pool, the exotic gardens and the beach. There is a private gate to the beach, which can only be accessed by Bossa Sol residents. The apartment is also only 10 minutes walk, to Ibiza town. The stylish lounge (which is off the terrace) has satellite TV, DVD and CD system. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The apartment is fully air conditioned and access can be gained via the telephone entry system. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. The other two double bedrooms also have use of a second bathroom with full facilities. The Two bedrooms with single beds can be arranged into two double beds if required

The location has it all – beautiful beaches, legendary nightlife with great restaurants and buzzing clubs and bars, great shopping, water sports, game parks and family activities. The apartment is situated on Playa d'en Bossa beach approximately 10 minutes by taxi from the airport and 10 minutes by taxi from Ibiza town. But it still manages to remain a quiet, secure seaside spot.

Superb apartment, Great location on beach front just a few minutes walk from Bora Bora beach and all the action. Some good restaurants near-by and a Spar supermarket just 30 secs round the corner which prooved to be very useful.

Balcony bigger than photo suggest on website. Very large roof terrace equipped with sun beds, tables, chairs etc. Good size pool located within grounds.

Aparment very clean, modern with Sky tv which was an added bonus. Would definately consider using again.

A fantastic week, the apartment was everything we hoped it would be and more. Clean, tidy and with all the creature comforts of home. Four (rather large) lads fitted in comfortably. Highly recommended for any groups or families - close to all the bars and restaurants of Playa den Bossa, but at the quiter more relaxed end of the beach. Also, a pleasure to deal with the owner - no problems or false promises.

V accurate description, lovely apartment clean and well maintained. Fantastic roof terrace with great views.

Definitely would recommend staying here with the beach and pool on hand.
