A spacious and comfortable family sized villa perfect for a summer holiday. Right next to communal but quiet pool it offers a perfect get away. 1 double bedroom with balcony & en suite comprising bidet, shower/bath and wc. 2 further twin rooms all with fitted wardrobes. The second offers enclosed shower, basin & wc. A large kitchen with hob & oven, washing machine & dish washer. The pool is 2 feet from edge of property separated by a gate. It is shared but is very quiet. A lovely enclosed garden allows time to relax and unwind looking at the stunning views over the valley and plenty of space for children to play safely. 5 minute drive to local village and many bars & restaurants. 25 minute drive to stunning and safe blue flag beaches of Denia.
