Li Sian Ben (a Provencal phrase meaning 'this is a good place to stay') is located in a stunning area of Provence surrounded by vineyards.The house is a beautifully restored Provencal bastide and has 5 acres of land with areas of mature fruit trees.It offers a real sense of tranquillity,once you arrive you may not want to go anywhere else!Cotignac is one of the most charming villages in the region (3km away), it offers wonderful food and antique markets,shops & restaurants.All this is within easy reach of attractions such as St. Tropez, Aix-en-Provence and the Gorge de Verdon. You can explore the local area on the bikes provided or go hiking in the Luberon, kayaking & horse-riding are close by.Visit the vineyards to sample or buy the local wines and go back and drink it sitting under the Mulberry Tree. Challenge your guests to a game of boule or swim in the pool and relax in the sunken lounge .Of course you may just want to find a quiet place away from kids to sit and finish your book.

Notes: The property has it's bouledrome which provides hours of entertainment for the whole family. There are several outdoor seating areas, outdoor dining table on front terrace, coffee table and sofa under another terrace, 6 chairs and table under the Mulberry Tree, 4 lounge beds by the pool plus a sunken lounge area, plenty of places to sit! There is a TV with in-built DVD player, unfortunately we don't a TV signal. Phone available if necessary. We offer a food shopping service so that you can have a fridge full of supplies before you arrive. We also offer wonderful menus for a truly Provencal dinner to be delivered to your-door, (30 euros a head) plus a picnic menu. All beautifully prepared and presented, prices available.
