PODERE BAIOCCO 2 is a new construction, beautifully built in natural stone and brickwork to blend in perfectly with the traditional buildings of the area. Positioned in absolute tranquillity, it is yet only 1 km away from the charming little Renaissance town of Città della Pieve. The house is decorated with antics and furniture of the 'Arte Povera“ - traditional country style - which enhances the beauty of the heavy beams on the ceiling and the Terra Cotta flooring. The views from each window invite the eye to stroll across the splendid countryside surrounding the building, on a clear days even as far as Lago Trasimeno. It is a perfect place to plan excursions to the most beautiful historic cities of Umbria and Tuscany like Orvieto, Perugia, Todi, Siena and the smaller, but not less famous Chiusi, Montepulciano, Pienza and Montalcino, which are all in reach.

Notes: The Villa has two floors. The ground floor, consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen and a guest bathroom. A staircase leading to the upper floor. After a few steps only, opposite of the hallway, are two master bedrooms, each one equipped with a TV-set and an en-suite bathroom. The villa is situated amidst 20‘000m2 of beautifully kept garden grounds, all securely fenced in. The gardens are rich with Olive trees, fruit trees, as well as Elm and Oak embellished with a vast array of flowers. The pool - Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The pool is amidst the garden grounds, only 20 metres away from the house. It is a rectangular pool with the dimensions of 4 x 10 m and a depth of 1.40 m. The area around the pool is paved with Terra Cotta tiles. Deck chairs invite for sunbathing, parasols provide shade and a table and chairs complete the recreational area. The pool-side is equipped with a cold water shower,sun beds, sun chairs, tables .
