Recently renovated, this spacious farmhouse is the perfect family summer holiday rental! Self-catering. With exposed beams and stone-work and double height ceilings in the living room, it has the wow-factor. The very large garden has fruit trees and an old tractor the children absolutely adores. There is a beautiful covered BBQ area with a gas cooker, sink and fridge so that meals can be prepared and eaten outside on the rustic wooden table. With 7 bedrooms, breakfast room, playroom etc, it is also ideal for a few families sharing. Wi-Fi access. The mezzanine has a desk and a sofa for reading or studying. There is a modern kitchen and also a separate laundry with washer and dryer. All bedrooms are large and can easily fit extra beds. The sunsets over the neighbouring fields and hills should not be missed! Across the road is the local baker, bread should be ordered the night before for an early morning delivery.

This coast is home to some of the worlds most famous surf beaches and golf courses. The golf course in Seignosse is considered one of Europe's most beautiful. During the summer months you can experience the festivals that are held in many of the villages and towns the most famous being the Bayonne and Dax festivals. There is a variety of activities to offer such as surfing, golfing, cycling, sailing, skiing, hiking, bird watching, horse riding, walking and of course relaxing in the thermal spas. Ther are also caves in the area that are worth a visit. The mountains of the Pyrenees are stunning and should be seen - here you can go white water rafting or walking. The cuisine in this region is superb and there are numerous restaurants in nearby towns and villages.

Perfect for children!: There is a separate breakfast room and also a playroom attached to the living room with a games console and Sky TV. From the playroom you can also go out in the enclosed massive garden, or through a different door to the covered area with a table-tennis table. The big sandpit in the garden is covered so that children can play without sitting in the sun. The swimming-pool is fenced in.
