The penthouse is arranged in a flowing open plan design, comprising of large dining area complete with beautiful marble table and six high back leather chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with all the appliances you could wish for and finished off with polished granite work tops. The lounge area with large vaulted ceilings has a leather suite with one of the sofas converting to a double bed allowing the apartment to sleep up to 10, there is also a wall mounted plasma t/v, sat box and DVD. The lounge further leads out to a large terrace area furnished with sun loungers, dining table and outside sofas. The views down to the coast are unsurpassable allowing you to enjoy the ultimate al fresco experience. The bedrooms are all large with luxury en suites and fitted wardrobes, there are also an additional two z beds upon request making this property ideal for two families or the larger party. Outside there are two communal pools the larger of the two being an infinity pool.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!: This outstanding penthouse situated in Elvira Hills is only a 15 minute drive from central Marbella and a 10 minute drive to the beach in Elvira with the added benefit of the use of 2 communal pools one of which is an infinity pool; this really is a location worth booking early. The beach cannot fail to impress and benefits from sand dunes, beach side bar restaurant, parasols and sun beds, the gently sloping beach is also ideal for children. Adjacent to the family beach is the world famous NiKki beach complete with luxury food , drinks and dancers were you can mingle with the worlds celebrities while enjoying a cool drink. Should this all become too much famous Marbella and Puerto Banus are only a 15 minute drive away were you can shop until you drop in designer stores or enjoy a quite meal in the port and admire some of the most stunning yachts in the world. For the children within a 20 minute drive they can enjoy Tivoli Adventure Park, Selwo Dolphins, and Water Park
