With stunning views of the ocean, and the beach, Royal Golf Course and restaurants only a 5 minute walk away; this villa is perfect for a holiday or short break. All the bedrooms have televisions and there is an X-Box 360 in one of the ground floor bedrooms. Outdoors there is a front garden, courtyard area outside the kitchen and at the back of the property terraces at both ground-floor and first-floor levels with amazing views of the coastline. The nearest supermarket is on the resort, and there a circuit bus operates in the resort.

Golf & Tennis: The Royal and Ocean golf-courses are located within Vale Do Lobo. Numerous other courses are located in nearby Vilamoura, Quinta do Lago and throughout the Algarve. Vale Do Lobo Tennis Centre runs courses from April to November. Groups can also apply for coaching. This villa is ideally situated for the tennis centre.

Recreation: Numerous reasonably priced restaurants in the vicinity, various styles of cuisine. Lively local markets in several towns nearby. There are numerous places of interest to visit both east and west of Vale do Lobo and up into the hills.

Other: 20 mins drive from Faro airport. Car hire recommended, but not essential. Taxi is reasonable (about 25 euros) from airport; villa within walking distance of Barringtons, the beach, the Praca with restaurants, and the Tennis Club. Supermarket at entrance to the Vale do Lobo resort (25 minutes walk from the villa).and 12 restaurants and a bank within the resort. Nearest town is Almancil approx 4km. Vale do Lobo has its own Medical Centre situated beside the Supermarket at the entrance where a GP and Nurse are on call. An emergency service is provided outside opening hours. The villa is for non-smokers only

Great villa in great location!

I stayed in this villa with a few friends this summer, and overall the place is excellent. Great location, only a five minute walk to the beach and Praca (bars restaurants), and has amazing views of the sea from the terrace/pool area. Its been renovated to a high standard with everything feeling brand new, and both the kitchen and bathrooms are modern which I found a great bonus. Great outside terrace area too which is lovely both day and night. Owners great to deal with, and would highly recommend it!
