The house is set high on a hill side with the nearest neighbours more that half a mile away and has spectacular views. The newly built pool is 10 m x 5 m and has an outside shower and garden furniture. The garden with some mature olive trees is newly planted.
There will be no other visitors or owners staying at the property which will be for your exclusive use during your stay.
Complessione di Qua is situated in an ideal position for exploring the Renaissance and Etruscian treasures of Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Urbino and many more historic towns by car. Rome and Florence are easily accessed by train from Terontola or Perugia, both about 45minutes away by car. The area is well served with airports (Perugia 45mins by car; Ancona 2hours by car; Bologna 2.5hours by car :Ryanair from Stanstead, and Pisa 2.5 hours by car: Ryanair from Stanstead, Easyjet from Luton, BA from Heathrow and Gatwick and Rome 3 hours by car with connections from many cities).
A DVD player and TV is provided with a wide selection of films and programmes and there are jigsaw puzzles, boards games and cards provided for guest use.
