Situated on the prestigious Watersong gated community our brand new 5 bedroom villa sleeps up to 12 guests. Located just 15 minutes from Disney and next to the New Providence golf course our villa is on an oversized corner lot with extended decking area, 30 ft pool, raised spa, covered lanai and gas grill BBQ. The games room includes a 32' LCD TV, pool table, foosball, gym equipment, darts and childrens bikes. Upstairs in our family loft area we have a huge 50' plasma TV, Home Theatre System, Laptop with wireless internet, Playstation 3 and Nintendo Wii console with a selection of games and an Air Hockey Table. All the bedrooms are equipped with TV and DVD players and all the bathrooms have hairdryers. Four bedrooms have US kingsize beds (huge) and for any little princesses we have a twin princess bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your holiday needs.

Additional information about rental rates

  • WE REQUEST A 30% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. The final outstanding balance is due no later than 12 weeks prior to the start of the booking, along with a fully refundable security deposit of £200 to cover breakages. The deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your departure once the house has been inspected by our management company.
  • Check out time is 10.00 am on the day of departure. Check in time is not before 16.00 pm on day of arrival. This is a NONE SMOKING house. It is your responsibility to arrange insurance for all members of your party for personal injury etc.
  • If pool heating is required this will be charged at £130 per week.

Excellent vacation in Florida

We can only recommend the fantastic luxurous house we rented from Janine in May 2009. The house was well maintained and included all the equipment we could wish for: Wii, Airhockey, Wireless Internet, Alarm, Pool, BBQ etc. Any question or contact to the owner was dealt with quick and proffesionally by Janine and the management company. We enjoyed the close proximity of the old Florida forest and also the privacy by the pool as it is the last house on the street. We used the nice pool everyday, especially the kids loved the pool and the burgers from the bbq. We felt safe in the house and the gated community the house is part of.
All in all very recommendable.

BEST HOLIDAY WE'VE EVER HAD!!

Me and my family stayed here in April (8 of us) and thought this house was brilliant. It was situated close enough to all the parks but nice and peaceful. The house was huge and beautifully decorated and equipped with all mod cons. The kids loved the games room,Wii and Air Hockey Table and also enjoyed using the bikes provided. The house is at the end of the cul-de-sac so only 1 neighbour which was great as we like our privacy!! My husband loved the gym equipment provided in the house and also the gym in the clubhouse is very well equipped. The owners were very helpful with any questions we had and we will definitely be booking for 2010!!
