This wonderful privately owned villa is a jewel in the valley between Teulada and Moraira. Only 15-20 min from the beaches of Moraira, Benitachel and Javea. It is very well furnished, complete comfort, beautiful, fully enclosed, garden. From the balcony you hasve views all the way to the Meditaeranean sea. Situated on the border of a small urbanisation it guarantees a relaxed holiday. Walking, cycling and trips inland give you the real feeling of being in Spain. Away from the hectic coast.

This villa is situated outside Benitachel in a small and quiet urbanisation. Away from the busy coast but still only 10-15min drive to the beautiful beaches of Moraira. Benitachel is a very Spanish village where you have the real feeling of being in Spain. Various beaches, blue sees and inland are wonderful to explore. You can walk or go with your car or bike and explore this beautiful part of the Costa Blanca. Or take the train to various nice villages along the coast to Alicante.

  • Administration and final cleaning costs will be added to the rental price.

    We ask a 500 Euro damage deposit (to pay by cheque) which will only be cashed for big damages or when the villa is left behind in a very dirty state. It will be returned to you within 7 days of departure.
  • Including the prices are: bed linen, towels and kitchen towels. Beds made upon arrival. A change is available for 12 Euros per person per week, beds made.
