This holiday apartment is found on the 1st floor with a lift. The building is part of a complex which has a large communal swimming pool and attractive grounds. There are two outside parking spaces within the grounds for guests' use with the apartment. The contemporary living and kitchen area are open plan. The living area benefits from air-conditioning, a large leather corner sofa, wide screen television, and DVD player. For dining, there is a glass top black table and seating for four. French doors leading out onto the large, sunny balcony. Electric shutters can be used in the evenings. The main bedroom has a wooden double bed and bedside tables. French windows lead out onto a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The second bedroom has two single beds and a bedside table. Both rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes and electric shutters. The modern kitchen has a large fridge-freezer, washing machine, 4 ring hob and a microwave oven.

Nearest Airport: Nice at 35 Kilometres
Nearest Train: Gare SNCF at 1 Kilometres

Located off Avenue De Nice, the apartment is found in a complex with its own orange grove. It is a 15 minute walk to Vieux Antibes with its restaurants, cafes and brasseries. The railway station and several local shops are only a five minute walk away. Antibes is home of the largest private yacht marina (Port Vauban) in Europe. This is situated next to the vieille ville (Old Town) with its tall houses and narrow pavements. Walking along quaint streets of the Old Town, cafes, restaurants, churches, art galleries and authentic shops are plenty. Here you will also find Renoir's home and situated in the Chateau Grimaldi, the Picasso museum. During the summer, Marche Provencal (covered market) provides a vast array of local condiments and delicacies.

  • AAll prices include 'meet and greet' on arrival, cleaning and emergency contact during your stay. Longer and shorter stays can be negotiated so please inquire. An initial (1/4 of the price) deposit is required to book the apartment. This can be paid via credit card. Arrival and departure days are flexible.
    We can provide freshly pressed Egyptian cotton linen and premium quality towels at £15 per person. The towels consist of 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for each person. This charge is what our professional laundry service charges us. We do not make a profit from linen. Guests are more than welcome to provide their own linen.

Things to do with the kids: Marineland Marineland (http://www.marineland.fr), a family attraction on the French Riviera near Antibes-Juan les Pins, is all about the sea. Open throughout the summer. A series of shows throughout the day feature killer whales, sea lions and dolphins. There is also an aquarium, where visitors can walk through a 30-metre tunnel surrounded by sharks, along with tanks of tropical species including clown fish and seahorse. Aquasplash Aquasplash Theme Park (http://www.marineland.fr), boasts Frances fastest water slide, the Black Cannon, which propels riders to speeds of 60km/h, open all summer long offering attractions to keep even hard-core thrill seekers happy, including a wave pool, slides, toboggans, flumes and rubber-ring rides. Antibes Land Antibes Land (http://www.azurpark.com/antibes.html) is an amusement park with international sideshows and fun rides for grown-ups and children. There are also ice-cream parlours and restaurants in the park.

A lovely modern apartment

The apartment is modern and well equipped and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was very welcome at night. The apartment's main balcony is a generous size and is equipped with a good size wooden table and chairs. The apartment's bedrooms are small, especially the bedroom with two single beds. We found the beds really comfortable. The development is very well maintained with a lovely, clean swimming pool just a few steps away, which we used every day. The only drawback to the apartment is the walking distance into Antibes. It took us 35 to 40 minutes to walk into old Antibes at a brisk pace, and a 15 minutes brisk walk to the railway station. The Nice to Cannes bus runs along the main road nearby, but was often full and timings were unreliable. The free minibus into Antibes was great, and ran every 30 minutes until 7pm, however it was also sometimes full.

Wonderful Girls Weekend

Had a wonderful girls weekend recently in this lovely apartment. Complex is quiet and beautifully kept. Apartment is brand new and spotless! Location proved to be very central and we had trips to Cannes and Nice as well as Antibes Old Town. The big treat was a very posh Sunday Lunch at Chateau Saint-Martin & Spa in Vence (30 miles away). Will definetely be back to apartment Val Claret

What a great holiday.

We had a wonderful time in Antibes. This beautiful modern and comfortable appartment is ideally located for easy access to shops, restaurants and beaches and the train station is only a 10 minute walk away with regular trains going to Nice, Cannes and Monaco to name just a few of the fantastic places to visit on the Cote D'Azur. The appartment has everything you need for relaxing holiday including a large modern pool that is fully enclosed for child safety and and we really enjoyed sipping a glass of wine on the balcony on the balmy evenings when the children went to bed. Looking forward to going back!

The complex is quiet, peaceful and very well maintained. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Easy access to Antibes and beyond. We had a great holiday and look forward to coming back.
