House Details:
The house is situated between two towns Lo Pagan and San Pedro.Lo Pagan is a sea front resort with lots of bars & restaurants overlooking the promenade on the Mar Menor.San Pedro is a typical Spanish town with tapas bars & many good local restaurants. Also just outside San Pedro is the shopping centre Dos Mares which is great if you need a little shopping therapy with some great food as well.There are now many golf courses in the area including: Roda Golf, La Serena, Lo Romero,10/15min drive away plus many more inc La Manga 30min drive away. If you wish to pamper yourself walking distance away is the Thalasia Spa Centre with lots of Spa Treatments outdoor and indoor pools,saunas,hydropools etc....The area is also great for cycling because it is very flat, there is a shop close by the house where you can hire bikes and go cycling along the Mar Menor out towards La Manga.There are two markets Mon in San Pedro and Thurs in Lo Pagan. You can also use the Mud Baths which are also close by
Local Area and Activities:
The house is situated at the northern tip of the Mar Menor, which means you get the best of both worlds, the warm waters and blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor, or the gorgeous beaches of the Mediterranean Sea, at Pillar de Horradada,Torre de Horradada,Campomoar, Cabo Roig and more all just a short distance away. You can also go to visit Murcia City or Cartagena both very interesting places about 45min away by public transport or car.There are also many activities in the area inc 6 Golf Courses within a 10min drive,Lo Romero,Roda Golf,La Serena,Villamartin,Los Ramblas and Campomoar, and many more within a 20 min drive away.Also you can arrange Scuba Diving Water Skiing and more water sports go to.
There are also good walks around the area with the Salinas Nature park a good example where you can also do some Bird Watching.

When booking your property in the summer months do consider this property has Aircon with no extra charge for reasonable use, other properties may not have this facility and the ones that do somtimes charge, this can be an absolute essential facility in the hotter months. We also provide all linen and towells, and there is no extra charge for cleaning which can also be an extra at many properties.Our key holders live in the same complex, just behind the house, so any problems such as lockouts forgotten or lost keys or any other problems can be sorted out, they can also arrange for transfers to and from the Airports of Murcia and Alicante, welcome packs at your request for any sort of package or amount, they can also arrange for taxi services to various places at your request such as shopping to Dos Mares or Torrevija.They also have a great knowledge of the local area for tips on where to eat or drink etc.
