Air conditioned one bedroom self catering apartment (sleeps upto 4 people) in the heart of Kato Paphos, within easy walking distance of the Beach, Harbour area, Bars and Restaurants, Historical Sites and Shops. The apartment consists of spacious lounge/ dining area with sofa bed, dining table/chairs TV & DVD, separate fully equipped kitchen including oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and small appliances. Bedroom with double bed & fitted wardrobes. Marble tiled bathroom with shower, washbasin & WC. Large balcony with patio furniture overlooking 1 of 4 swimming pools on the complex which also has a fully equiped air conditioned gym. The apartment is within easy reach of Paphos airport (11 miles).

Superb accomodation

We have just returned from a really enjoyable stay at the apartment. The complex is situated in a quiet residential area, which was fantastic for relaxing, but also close enough to the town centre and harbour area, (approx 1 mile away).
Although new, all the furnishings and appliances are of good quality. Beach towels and sunbeds wereprovided and the air conditioning was a godsend given the heat.
We ate in on most evenings and found that the cooking appliances and utensils were more than adequate.

Two mini-markets are located a few hundred yards away which were fine for the daily stuff, but you may need transport to get to the bigger meat and fruit supermarket, (approx two thirds of a mile away).

I would not hesitate in staying again and would recommend the apartment to couples or small families wishing to have a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Finally, our thanks go to Sue for organising our booking at such short notice.

Enjoyed a lovely week in this apartment the first week in april. Very quite but within walking of everything. Lovely and clean. very good description. 3 pools ready 4th being finished.
